yoga : fake, hoak, dangerous

Yoga says it meditate, but meditation is without speaking, according to its etymology. (me : without and ditation: speaking).

Yoga uses the practice of saying the sound ohm, stupid pratice, and with speaking, so it lies, and is very bad for brain.

Also , another part of yoga is with some very dangerous postures, which can damage the body.

So be careful with yoga, you are not with intelligent people who pratice that.
